Francisco Vivas, arriero, manifestó llevar tres indios en la recua que dirige hacia la Nueva Veracruz, los cuales se nombran Domingo, Jacinto, Andrés y Cristóbal, asimismo el Corregidor le notificó que a los indios debe dársele buen tratamiento, no servirse de ellos contra su voluntad y pagarles por su trabajo como está mandado por auto de la Real Audiencia, dando razón de ello a la vuelta.
