El Capitán don Diego Mardones Barahona, Regidor en esta provincia, Juez de Caminos y de Registros, visitó la recua de Juan de Salinas, vecino de Oaxaca, a cargo de Domingo de Miranda, de la que manifestó tres indios llamados Agustín, Lázaro y Diego; se le notificó que en conformidad con la ordenanza de 23 de agosto de 1623, se prohíbe que desde primero de junio de cada año bajen indios de los puestos de Orizaba y Xalapa.
