Doña Gertrudis Noriega, natural y vecina de esta villa, otorga su testamento; declara por sus bienes tres casas de paredes, cubiertas de madera, ladrillo y teja ubicadas en la Calle que llaman de la Raqueta; declara que la casa ubicada en la Calle de la Amargura sólo es propietaria de los usufructos mientras ella viva, posteriormente pasará a poder de la Cofradía del Santísimo Sacramento, según disposición del presbítero Alonso José Gatica. Nombra como albaceas a don Miguel de Arieta y a don Juan Lucas de Olavarrieta.
