Don Manuel Allen, de este comercio y vecindad, como socio que es de don Jacinto Regueira [y] Carcaño, en la mina de metales de oro y cobre nombrada Nuestra Señora del Carmen, alias Las Ánimas, ubicada en el cerro que nombran San Pablo, inmediato al pueblo de Las Vigas, otorga poder especial para que en su nombre y representación de su persona y de los derechos que como tal le asisten, y llegado el tiempo, tome y aprehenda judicialmente la porción que haya de dárseles de la indicada mina por la Diputación del Tribunal de Minería que reside en el Real de Pachuca, donde se hizo la formal denuncia.
