Felipa Amador, viuda, vecina de este pueblo, vende a doña Mariana Josefa de Ulloa, de esta misma vecindad, un pedazo de solar, ubicado en la callejuela que sube para la cuesta de Xalitic a la Cruz Verde, con su frente al sur y del otro lado casas de Casildo Luna, al norte linda con terreno de los naturales y lugar donde hubo un manantial que llamaron el Temazcalito, al opuesto con terreno del difunto José Valero, al fondo con el terreno que vendió a doña María Josefa Herrasti. La venta la hace en 40 pesos que le ha pagado.
