Don Francisco Cabanel, residente en esta villa, otorga poder especial a Duque Maguan, residente en la ciudad de México, para que en su nombre y representación perciba y cobre de don Lucas Abdón de Olavarrieta, de aquel comercio, la cantidad de pesos que le adeuda, por el exceso de los derechos que le exigió sobre el valor de unos efectos que fueron a su poder. Los que debió haberle reintegrado antes de la salida de aquella capital. Cuyo monto y circunstancias le comunicará por carta misiva que le acompañe a éste. Y para tal efecto haciendo todas las representaciones, actos, agencias y diligencias judiciales o extrajudiciales que se requieran.
