Don Antonio María de Casas, vecino de la hacienda de San Antonio y residente en esta ciudad, dijo que don Pascual Caballero Ortiz de Zárate consiguió en la municipalidad de esta población el empleo de corredor de número del comercio de esta plaza, para tal efecto necesita dar fianza de 2 000 pesos. Por la presente y por solicitud de Caballero al comparente, éste otorga que se obliga como su fiador, para caucionar con las responsabilidades del susodicho corredor, según y cómo lo ordena la ley, sin que contra Caballero ni sus bienes se haga diligencia ni ejecución alguna.
