La señora doña María Josefa de Herrasti y Alba, viuda y albacea de don Carlos Díaz y Herrero, de esta vecindad, otorga que da en arrendamiento al señor Pedro Roselló y compañía, una casa perteneciente a la testamentaría de su difunto esposo, ubicada en la calle Principal, con su frente al sur por dicha calle, linda por el costado del oriente con el callejón que llaman del Diamante y por el poniente con casa de los hijos del finado don Pedro Miguel de Echeverría. El arrendamiento será por el tiempo de tres años en precio de 50 pesos mensuales; y que la arrendataria entregará la cañería de la casa en corriente para el uso franco de sus aguas.
