Don Manuel Allén, de este comercio y vecindad, en representación del señor don Rafael Leandro de Echenique, actual diputado a las Cortes Constituyente de este Imperio; otorga que ha recibido de don Pedro Martín del Puerto Vicario, apoderado general de los cuatro hermanos, herederos del difunto presbítero don Francisco Antonio Rubio Roso, la cantidad de 500 pesos; y declaró que dicho principal es el mismo que al finado don Marcos Rubio Roso percibió del señor Echenique, en la que para su pago y el de los premios le hipotecó la parte que le corresponde en las fincas de dicho presbítero. Y estando satisfecho principal y premios le otorga finiquito en forma, y declara las fincas por libres de tal afección.
