Antonio de Dueñas y Guzmán, con poder y en nombre de su madre Doña Antonia Dueñas y Espinosa, vecina de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, vende a Felipe García Lozano, vecino de la provincia de Tepeaca, un sitio de ganado menor nombrado El Pedregal, que por la parte del norte linda con la Sierra Derrumbada; al sur con la piedra horadada nombrada La Ventana y el cerro nombrado Tuxtepec; y por el poniente, con el sitio que llaman del Corral y tierra de Don Alonso de Arellano, libre de censo, hipoteca y otra enajenación, en el precio de 366 pesos de oro común, de los cuales recibió 50 pesos, y el resto, le ha de pagar a ciertos plazos, cuyo adeudo será liquidado para la Pascua de Resurrección de 1682.
