El Licenciado don Antonio Jiménez de Vera, Cura del pueblo de San Miguel de Perote, con albacea y con poder para testar de la difunta doña María Salgado, viuda de don José Benavides, ordena y hace el testamento en donde declara que las tres sayas de capichola se repartan a Manuela y María, sus nietas, y la otra se venda. Declara que la casa en que habitaba no era suya, sino de Juan de Aguilar y de Manuela, sus nietos.
