El Lic. Don Miguel Pérez de Medina, cura beneficiado del partido de Jalapa, dijo que su padre Don Sebastián Pérez de Medina, difunto, compró al Hospital de Perote un sitio de tierra para ganado menor nombrado Temascalcingo, en el precio de 200 pesos de oro común a censo redimible, con el cargo de 10 pesos de tributo anual, el cual quedó en poder de su madre Doña Elena Rodríguez; y ahora, en nombre y con facultad de la susodicha, reconoce el señorío del tributo impuesto en favor del Hospital de Perote, obligándose a la paga de los 10 pesos de renta en cada un año.
