Fray José Enríquez, Prior del Convento y Hospital de Nuestra Señora de Belén en San Miguel Perote, otorga en arrendamiento a Manuel Hernández, de esa vecindad, dos sitios y dos caballerías de tierras, uno de ganado mayor ubicado en el paraje que llaman Las Palmillas y Aguatepec; linda con el sitio de Tlaxcaltepec, al oriente con el camino que llaman del Marqués, por tiempo de 9 años a contarse desde el 1 de mayo, en 40 pesos por año. El otro sitio es de ganado menor y dos caballerías de tierra nombrada de Teaco y Agua de los Potros; linda con la hacienda de San Antonio Ateguetla, Tenextepec y Nacaspatlagua, por el mismo tiempo, en 15 pesos por año.
