Tomás Henrier, natural de Vitry el Frances [Vitry-le-François] en el departamento de Marne en Francia, de ejercicio comerciante, de treinta y cinco años de edad, hijo legítimo de Hubert Luis y Henrier y de Magdalena Belbat, y hace cinco años residente en esta ciudad; junto con su legítima mujer, María Felipa Baillon, de treinta y cuatro años, natural y vecina de la misma población, residente en esta ciudad, hija legítima de Esteban Juan Baillon y de María Josefa Cappe; ambos otorgan su testamento, en el cual, declaran no tener hijos.
