José Pérez de Arellano, vecino de la jurisdicción de Jalapa, otorga poder especial a Agustín Arias de la Banda, vecino del pueblo de Misantla, para que en su representación reciba y cobre de los bienes que quedaron por fin y muerte de Francisco López lo que le quedó debiendo de arrendamiento y por no haber dado cumplimiento al testamento de su madre doña María Fernández de la Calleja, como albacea que fue en compañía de su hermano, de quien resulta debiéndole diferentes cantidades que justificará Agustín Arias, para cuyo efecto siendo necesario parezca en juicio y haga pedimento, requerimientos y protestas, embargos de bienes que convengan.
