Francisco Domínguez, hijo legítimo de Francisco Domínguez Muñiz y de María Ortiz de Zárate, difuntos, dijo que su padre compró un sitio de tierra para ganado mayor en Mesa de Chile, jurisdicción de La Antigua Veracruz, y que aprehendió jurídica posesión como consta de los recaudos hechos, por lo cual se sigue artículo en el Tribunal del Santo Oficio de la Inquisición; ante ello otorga poder especial a Domingo Palmeros, su cuñado, para que en su representación prosiga y acabe sobre la contradicción hecha de esta nueva posesión hasta ser declarado como propiedad y bien de sus padres.
