Doña Mariana Díaz Mier, doncella, y el Licenciado don José María Durán [ y Mier], Abogado de la Real Audiencia de México, vecinos de esta Villa, dijeron que como hija la primera y nieto el segundo del difunto don Domingo Díaz Mier, otorgan poder especial a don Manuel Reyes Martínez, Agente de la Curia Eclesiástica del Obispado de la Puebla, para promover la translación de un ramo de capellanía de 1 469 pesos 6 y medio reales, fincándolos en casas de los otorgantes que se declaren idóneas, respecto a que el actual poseedor de la casa en que están fincados intenta redimirlos.
