Doña María Josefa Morales, viuda, albacea y curadora de sus menores hijos y de don José Ignacio [del] Campillo, otorga poder especial a don Juan Bautista Lobo, vecino de la capital de México, para que en su nombre haga todas las diligencias que convengan y sean necesarias en el juzgado o tribunal que corresponda, para la secuela y terminación de la testamentaria de doña Maria Ana Lanuza [y Riaño], de quien fue heredero su difunto marido. Lamuza fue casada en segundas nupcias con el Licenciado José Antonio del Cristo Conde, Diputado Electo para las próximas cortes de 1821.
