Don Dionisio Camacho, de esta vecindad, dijo que en el expediente que se sigue sobre el intestado de don Marcelino Pensado y doña Dolores Mora su consorte, está nombrado don Luis García Teruel para curador ad bona de los jóvenes y pupilos José María, María Josefa, José Gabriel, José Antonio y María Catalina [Pensado y Mora], menores hijos de dicho finado; y que debiendo caucionarse, no obstante, a que Luis García disfruta cuantiosos bienes, está llano el comparente a presentar la fianza que corresponda. Y reduciéndolo a efecto otorga que fía al nominado don Luis García Teruel, en tal manera que, si éste no desempeñara dicha curaduría, satisfará el otorgante con los suyos el importe y cantidades a que resulte responsable.
