Don Francisco Badillo, hacendado en este cantón de Xalapa, albacea de su finado tío don Mateo Badillo, dijo que los representantes del finado don José Antonio Tavera le han cedido la casa que fue de este último, ubicada en la calle de San Francisco de Paula, en pago de una deuda. Y no siéndole conveniente a su testamentario conservar dicho fundo, otorga que la vende a doña Seferina del Prado de Tavera, esposa de don Manuel Tavera en precio de 1 000 pesos.
