Don Manuel de Cano y Valle, de esta vecindad y comercio, soltero, mayor de edad, dijo que el 2 de febrero último otorgó escritura de fianza para caucionar el manejo de don José Antonio Espinosa en la colecturía del peaje de esta ciudad, pero que notándose por la dirección general de rentas algunas faltas de cláusulas, ha convenido con el fiado en añadirlas; por lo cual, otorga que ratifica dicha escritura y fía a don José Antonio Espinosa, de tal modo que si por dolo, fraude o caso fortuito resultare algún descubierto o falta en la administración de su cargo, satisfará el otorgante lo que sea hasta en cantidad de 1 000 pesos.
