Doña María Francisca Fernández de Ulloa, viuda de don Francisco Rascón, dijo que doña Nicolasa Cardeña como dueña que fue del Oficio Público de esta villa, hizo renuncia formal por instrumento público, otorgado en esta misma villa, el 12 de mayo de 1812 a favor de la compareciente, quién en una de las facultades que le competen y como más haya lugar, otorga que renuncia el referido oficio público en su hija doña Prisciliana Rascón y Ulloa, para que después de los días de la otorgante, se le declare la propiedad y en consecuencia perciba sus emolumentos durante su vida en uso de las regalías que la correspondan; asimismo, practique libremente todo lo respectivo a nombramientos y demás anexos.
