El presente escribano certifica, que doña Micaela Torres, compareció ante él, presentándole un pliego cerrado con su cubierta, en el que la dicha Micaela otorga su testamento con fecha de hoy, declarando quiere que su testamento permanezca cerrado, para que después de su fallecimiento se abra y publique en la forma legal, revocando todos los testamentos, codicilios, poderes y últimas disposiciones que antes de ésta haya hecho. Así lo firmó, siendo testigos los ciudadanos Pascual Campomanes, Pascual Caballero Ortiz de Zárate, Félix Lucido, Ángel Benítez, Joaquín Guevara, Manuel Cosa y José María Valero.
