Don Antonio María Priani, de esta vecindad, dijo que el gobierno se ha servido expedir en favor de don Juan Lotina y Martínez, el titulo de vendutero o almonedero público, que podrá ejercer en esta ciudad y en los demás lugares del departamento, previa exhibición que deberá hacer de fianza de 2 000 pesos. Por la presente, Priani otorga se constituye fiador del señor Lotina, para el libre uso de su ejercicio, hasta en la citada cantidad de 2 000 pesos, por el tiempo que subsista en él, obligándose a cubrir cualquier descubierto a que sea responsable Lotina.
