Se compone de 34 varas de frente y con todo el fondo que le pertenece hasta lindar con la casa de su propiedad, colinda de frente a norte con la Calle Real en medio y del otro lado con el cementerio de San José, de fondo a sur con la casa que le pertenece, al poniente con casa que ha fabricado don José del Valle y por el oriente con casa de Anastasio Amaya. Lo vende en 500 pesos.
