María de la Trinidad Ortiz de Zárate, vecina de esta villa, viuda de don Pedro Mejía, dijo que por cuanto tiene contratados esponsales su hija, doña Margarita Mejía Ortiz de Zárate, con el teniente del Sexto Batallón Permanente don Mariano Aragón y para que lleve efecto su matrimonio, por la presente se constituye fiadora por su legítima hija y en favor de su futuro esposo por la cantidad de 3 000 pesos, cuya cantidad pondrá lisa y llanamente en reales de contado, luego que el señor coronel de dicho batallón la pida para la introducción en la caja del matrimonio.
