Don Juan Matías de Goyoneche, Teniente del Regimiento de Dragones de México, otorga poder a su esposa doña María Melchora Navamuel, residente en Puebla, para que en su nombre demande y cobre judicialmente del albacea y bienes de don José Blanco de la Granda y de la viuda doña María Raymunda, la cantidad de 500 pesos de los que él es acreedor, que se hayan en depósito de dicha viuda y solo se espera que sea conferido este poder para entregarlos, y de lo que perciba entregue recibos, y si por dichas cobranzas se ofreciera contienda de juicio, entonces confiere poder a don Mariano Encinas, vecino de Puebla, para que parezca ante las autoridades correspondientes.
