Don Felipe Sensier, de cuya identidad testificaron don Tomás Henrier y don Claudio Poitrey, de este vecindad; dijo que habiendo celebrado pacto con don Luis Otto sobre permuta de bienes, han ocurrido dificultades para que este último lleve a cabo el cumplimiento y es indispensable entrar en contestaciones, más como el relacionante tiene precisión de marchar a México, le es indispensable facultar a una persona que gestione en el indicado negocio, por lo cual, otorga poder al licenciado don José María Aragón, de esta vecindad, para que en nombre del comparente, exija al enunciado don Luis Otto el cumplimiento del referido pacto y reciba en consecuencia, dicho apoderado, los bienes e intereses que comprende el contrato.
