Don Diego Leño y don Domingo Franceschi, vecinos de esta Villa, ambos compradores de las casas que en esta Villa poseía el Señor Doctor don José Suárez de Torquemada, Prebendado de la Santa Iglesia de la Puebla, ubicadas ambas en la segunda cuadra de la calle principal que de esta Plaza Pública sale para el Camino Real de Veracruz, contiguas una a la otra, convienen en que disfrute la casa de Franceschi del derrame de agua que viene de la casa del mencionado Leño, en los propios términos que gozaba en el tiempo en que ambas eran del expresado Doctor.\t
