Don Carlos José Garzón, Juez Administrador de las Reales Alcabalas de esta Jurisdicción, dijo que usando del poder que tiene con facultad de sustituirlo en don Francisco Bazo Ibáñez y en don Pedro de Aicinena, vecinos de México, quienes a su vez lo sustituyeron en José Benavides; en consideración a que no pudieron hacerse cargo de él, el otorgante lo sustituye en don José Ramón Mateos y Calvo de Castro, para que en su nombre cobren todas las cantidades de pesos, oro, plata, esclavos y demás efectos que le deban, asimismo sigan contienda de juicio si fuese necesario.
