Doña María Tiburcia Rubio Roso, de esta vecindad, viuda del finado don Elías Nogueira, otorga poder especial a doña María Guadalupe Delgado de Roso, su hermana política, residente en la capital de la Federación, para que se presente ante el Excelentísimo Presidente de la República, por conducto del Excelentísimo Señor Ministro de Hacienda, a pedir y reclamar el reintegro de 430 pesos que el citado su difunto marido suministró a esta Aduana Nacional en 1821, para socorro de las tropas independientes, a devengarlos en los derechos que adeudasen sus introducciones, lo que no tuvo efecto a causa de su muerte; por lo que le da el poder para que promueva cuanto a su derecho importe.
