El Bachiller Lorenzo Matamoros, clérigo, vecino y labrador en la provincia de Tlaxcala, como su principal obligado, y José Espinosa de los Monteros, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Masa General de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, 271 pesos y un tomín de oro común, por otros tantos que valieron y montaron las semillas y ganados del diezmo del año pasado de 1680, de la hacienda del Sargento Mayor Don Alonso de Castro, del rancho de Juan Márquez, de la hacienda de Juan Díaz, de la hacienda de Nicolás Ortega[Nicolás de Ortega], del rancho de Francisco Domínguez, de la hacienda de Francisco Salazar, de la hacienda de Don Astacio de Benavides, y de la del dicho principal, quien compró al Lic. Juan González de Castro, presbítero, colector de diezmos, para fin del mes de diciembre del presente año.
