Doña María Francisca Peredo, viuda de don Guillermo de Espino, de esta vecindad, otorga poder especial a don Francisco Peña, de esta vecindad, para que en su representación demande y cobre judicial o extrajudicialmente de don José Mariano Domínguez, el importe de unos pretiles, un tapanco y otras frioleras pertenecientes a la otorgante que quedaron existentes en la casa que ocupó cita en la calle Principal de esta ciudad y hoy ocupa el mismo Domínguez. Y si para el indicado cobro, fuere necesario entablar juicio, pueda promover dicho apoderado el que sea necesario.
