Don Javier Arias, hacendado en este cantón, dijo que en 26 de mayo pasado formalizó escritura de obligación a favor de don José Prado, por cantidad de 1 000 pesos, con fianza de don Bernabé de Elías Vallejo, y para que este último no resienta perjuicio alguno por cualesquiera desembolsos que acaso llegue hacer debido a dicha fianza, ha resuelto el comparente asegurarlo con la respectiva escritura de indemnidad, por lo cual, otorga que se obliga a que siempre y cuando el señor Elías llegue a lastar alguna cantidad por la indicada fianza, le indemnizará la que fuere el otorgante y le satisfará igualmente los prejuicios que le origine ese lasto.
