Fernando de Orduña Castillo, vecino de la Ciudad de la Antigua Veracruz, albacea y heredero de Juan de Orduña Castillo, su padre, instituido por poder para testar, dijo que le comunicó que a María de Jesús, negra libre, le tenía hecha gracia y donación de un solar con 65 varas de frente y 60 de fondo, linda con solares de Miguel de Mafara, Juan Campechano, Diego Molina y Salvador Vázquez, y para que en todo tiempo conste, le ha pedido le otorgue la escritura de declaración para su propiedad, en cuya virtud, declara que renuncia y transfiere en María de Jesús el mencionado solar por la donación y entrega que le tenía hecha su padre.
