Doña María Francisca Hernández de Ulloa, viuda, de esta vecindad, otorga que renuncia el oficio público de escribano de ésta ciudad, de que la otorgante es renunciataria, como consta de instrumento público autorizado en debida forma que tiene en su poder y exhibirá en caso necesario. Cuya renuncia hace a favor de doña Prisciliana Rascón, doncella, mayor de edad, de esta misma vecindad, conforme a lo permitido en la novísima Real Cédula de la materia, por lo que suplica al mismo Superior Gobierno se digne hacerle merced de él y mandar se le dé el competente título.
