Juan Zapata de Herrera, vecino de la doctrina de Misantla, otorga poder especial al Capitán Bartolomé de Castro, para que en su nombre pida, demande, reciba y cobre de los bienes, albaceas y herederos de Juan de Palafox y Mayorga, vecino que fue de la jurisdicción de Jalapa, 900 pesos que le quedó debiendo, 500 de ellos para el 15 de septiembre, que es plazo cumplido, y los 400 para mayo de 1723, pagados los primeros, pida se le afiance el resto para el plazo que expresa.
