Salvador de Fuentes, vecino de esta villa de Córdoba, vende a María Díaz, viuda de Juan Núñez, un solar de 50 varas en cuadro que tiene en esta villa, que linda por el norte con solar que fue de Francisco Díaz, calle en medio, y por el sur con solar de que se hizo merced al Alguacil Mayor Francisco de Solís para fundar una ermita de San Antonio. Solar que heredó de Inés Martín y Francisco Grajales, difuntos, y ahora lo vende por precio de 8 pesos de oro común, aunque declara que ya lo tenía vendido verbalmente a Juan Núñez.
