Matheo [Mateo] de la Serna, dueño de recua y vecino de la ciudad de México, residente en esta villa, dijo que habiéndole faltado diferentes mulas de carga con el hierro que está al margen, unas que se le han perdido y otras que le han hurtado, encontró una de ellas color retinto en poder de Joseph [José] Flores, vecino de esta villa, y queriéndosela pedir judicialmente se convinieron para excusar gastos y dilaciones. Por lo cual, otorga que ha recibido dicha mula de Joseph [José] Flores, a quien otorga poder y lasto para que por sí y para sí cobre a la persona que se la vendió la cantidad que por ella pagó.
