Don Fernando de Cubas y don Manuel de Allen, vecinos y del comercio de esta Villa, otorgan que se constituyen fiadores y principales pagadores a favor de don Narciso de Echegaray, de esta misma vecindad, por la cantidad de 2 mil pesos en cada uno, a quien don José Herrera del Campo, residente en el Pueblo de Perote, ha encargado la colecturía de la Real Lotería en esta Villa; en tal manera que el indicado Echegaray tendrá siempre de manifiesto y existente todos los caudales que entren en su poder en el tiempo que dure este encargo.
