Don José María Córdoba, de esta vecindad y comercio, dijo que don Juan Bautista de Lezama, de esta misma vecindad, le confirió poder general el día 14 de mayo de 1831 para diferentes asuntos y acciones civiles y judiciales. Por tanto, dicho comparente, en la vía y forma que más halla lugar en derecho, usando de la facultad que tiene del citado poder, otorga que lo sustituye en todo y por todo en don Juan Nepomuceno de Urquía, de esta vecindad, para que lo use en el mismo modo que se contiene en él.
