El presbítero don Juan Nepomuceno Fernández de Ulloa, de esta vecindad, dijo que hallándose a la cabeza de los negocios e intereses del finado presbítero don José Joaquín Rincón Ortiz de Zárate y teniendo que salir fuera de esta ciudad, ha resuelto dejar aquí facultada a una persona que se entienda en los expresados negocios; y al efecto otorga que da todo su poder general a don Pascual Campomanes, para que a nombre del comparente pueda gestionar cuantos en ellos ocurra, compareciendo en todos los tribunales eclesiásticos o seculares.
