Gregorio Martínez de Solís, Alguacil Mayor y vecino de esta villa de Córdoba, dueño de hacienda de trapiche en esta jurisdicción, otorga que debe y se obliga de pagar a los señores jueces hacedores de la santa iglesia catedral de la ciudad de la Puebla de los Ángeles, 839 pesos y 4 reales de oro común en reales, que importaron los diezmos causados en dicha hacienda y los debe de sus frutos de los años 1699, 1700 y 1701, los cuales pagará en los tiempos y plazos mencionados.
