Compareció un ciudadano que expresó llamarse Pascual Tejada, ser mayor de edad y de esta vecindad, dijo que como único hijo y heredero de Francisco Vargas recayó en él una casita de cal y canto ubicada en esta ciudad al paraje que llaman de los Berros, con 12 y media varas de frente que lo hace al sur, lindando por todos vientos con terreno de la cofradía de la Purísima de esta parroquia, a quien pertenece igualmente el sitio de dicha casita, y como legítimo dueño de ella otorga que se la vende al ciudadano Pascual Guevara en precio de 200 pesos, de cuya suma se da por entregada a su entera satisfacción.
