Don Francisco Antonio Jácome, residente en Jalapa y vecino del rancho la Mesa de Apazapan, declara que en virtud del poder para testar que les dejó su padre Nicolás Jácome, a él y a su madre Juana Crisóstoma Sánchez, y debido a que ella esta impedida para realizar viaje por su avanzada edad, otorga poder general a don Domingo Aravalles para que en su nombre y representando la testamentaria de dicho su padre en lo judicial que ocurra, parezca ante los señores jueces, justicias, juzgados y tribunales y realice todos los actos propios de un albacea.
