Antonia Ortiz vecina del pueblo de Xicochimalco de esta Jurisdicción, viuda de Juan Lozano, como albacea y una de las herederas del Presbítero José Mariano de Ayala e Hidalgo, cura que fue de dicho pueblo, y por ser menor su coheredera, y prepararse juicio de división y partición de la herencia, otorga poder general a don Miguel Antonio Barradas, para que en su nombre use y ejerza el cargo de albacea del referido presbítero y del derecho que la asiste como una de las herederas.
