Don Roque Jacinto Florido, vecino de la Jurisdicción de Jalapa, habiendo conferido poder para que lo obligasen como fiador de don Nicolás Antonio de Rosas y la Plaza, Alcalde Mayor que fue de esta provincia, y habiendo fallecido éste, otorga poder especial a don Juan Manuel Castañón, para que en su nombre parezca ante el Juez de la Residencia de don Nicolás Antonio Rosas y la Plaza, contestando y respondiendo a los cargos, notificaciones, citaciones y diligencias que deban entenderse con el otorgante.
