El Capitán Don Juan Francisco de Herrera, arrendatario de esta hacienda y molinos, y el Capitán Don Antonio Beltrán, por si y en nombre de sus herederos, declararon haberse ajustado cuentas que han tenido desde el 1 de enero de 1697 hasta hoy día de la data; y según parece por las sumas de las partidas, Don Antonio Beltrán ha recibido 1921 pesos y un real y medio de oro común, donde se incluyen 590 pesos que constan en la escritura de arrendamiento.
