Don Domingo Díaz Mier, vecino de este pueblo, otorga arrendamiento a don Miguel Eustaquio Cardeña, Escribano de Su Majestad, de un potrero que nombran en parte de las Hayas, y en otra de las Víboras o de Sandría, pertenecientes a las tierras de Lencero, del que él es dueño, con toda la barranca de Cimarrontepeque, que corresponde a dicho potrero, por espacio de 9 años, que empiezan a correr desde el 1 de agosto del presente hasta 1782, pagando 60 pesos anuales.
