Juan Salvador Almanza y Luisa Mariana González, viuda, vecinos de esta Villa, dijeron que dicha Luisa heredó de sus padres un pedazo de solar que llamaban de Los Casangas, con 12 varas de frente hacia el sur, y dicho Juan otras 12 varas de frente al mismo rumbo, ambos solares venden al Regidor don Francisco Sáenz de Santa María, los cuales tienen de fondo de sur a norte 32 varas y unidos lindan por el poniente con casa de don Atanasio de la Riva, Calle de los Salinas en medio, al norte con solar de Mariano Salinas, al oriente con casa de Domingo Godínez, y por el sur con solar de los naturales de esta Villa. Los venden en 62 pesos.
